Single Login Database
Our Ideal Digital Assistant is a single login database meaning no matter if you are trying to look at employee HR information, their timesheet, or an old pay statement, you will only need to log in once. There’s no need for a separate account for your personal data either, it’s all rolled into one.
This is the same for employees! They can view their pay statement, select benefits, request time off, and view their schedule all from the same login. This information can be accessed anywhere at any time (with restrictions set by you of course) as long as you have access to the internet.
All of this data is protected by our virtual code authentication processing requiring each login to need a password and a code to log in. Your data and your employee’s data is safely secure in the cloud.
